The Glenn Hopkins Window Replacement, with 1200 plus windows, is a multifamily assisted living residence in Hopkins, Minnesota where we replaced the 40+ year old windows. We chose the Marvin Flagship window from their Signature Series for this project because of the versatility of sizes, colors, warranty, and performance. The architecture of this building gave us the opportunity to become more familiar with varying lift systems and made for a less invasive install process for the residents. As the general contractor of this project, we were able to team up with Wold Architects and Engineers and Great Lakes Management to provide education, project updates and address any product related questions for the residents to help avoid any disruption during the installation process. This collaboration and communication brought about a joint success for all involved.
